Policy & Procedures

  • Sign in to your chezain.com account, select Contact US.
  • Click Submit.
  • Pack the items carefully.
  • Print / Write shipping address.
  • Wait for the chezain.com team to contact you for pickup.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
  • Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and cancel the return, refund and replacement.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories included.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
  • If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box or on the items.
  • It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

Reasons to return

  • Delivered Product is damaged, physically destroyed or broken, defective or dead on arrival
  • Delivered Product is incorrect, does not match what you ordered and presentation was different on website or the parts are missing.

Return Policy

  • If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window i.e. 24 hours.
  • No return / refund will be accepted in any case after applicable return window.
  • Please note that no refund / returned will be accepted if the product is “No longer needed” or “Change of Mind”.
  • For electronic device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
  • For all returns / refunds / replacements, customer has to bear the return courier cost and packaging cost.
  • All claims related to return / refund & replacement would be carried out after QC check, if passed, will be processed.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you or cancel refund, return and replacement.

  • ***Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • -If you are approved an approval process may take 2 to 12 days (*depends on claim condition), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
